Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 5-7 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout.
How should I care for my felt hat?
We recommend using a soft-bristled hat brush to remove surface dust, brushing in a counter-clockwise direction. Store your hat upside down on its crown to prevent the brim from flattening and avoid exposure to high heat.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-shaped hats and final sale items are not eligible for return.
