Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original Stetson box or a secure shipping container, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
